225g minced beef
1 medium/large yellow beet
1tsp Skansk mustard
Half a teaspoon honey
A dash of cider vinegar
A dash of mushroom soy
Potato flour to thicken sauce
Salt, pepper and herbs

• Dry fry beef in pan until browned then add vegetables (cut in medium chunks) to sauté in pan.
• Add sufficient water or vegetable stock to just cover the vegetables and simmer along with the remaining ingredients apart from the potato flour.
• When the vegetables are tender, taste and adjust seasoning. Thicken as required with potato flour and serve.
