1 spoonful sesame seeds
1 orange, peeled & cut into segments
Drizzle of rapeseed oil
A twist of black pepper
1 spring onion, cleaned & sliced
Chunk of cucumber, cut into chunks
Wash & pat dry salad leaves.
Combine everything in a bowl.
Drizzle with oil & any orange juice
